Heather's Return to Track

She's back. Her first All Comers meet. She is scared, a little out of breath and very unsure of what to expect with her heart rate. We've been assured her heart functions properly, and she is cleared to run. But we're nervous. She's wearing a heart monitor that gives us real-time data. We're moving forward, walking in faith. It was great to see her back on the track.
