Jordan Reynolds' Recital

It was a privilege to watch our dear friend perform tonight. Jordan has an exquisite voice, and we've been fans for years. He did a recital here in Huntington Beach. He is in Boston currently at the New England Conservatory of Music working on his Masters Degree in vocal performance so, this was a treat to have him here. This was our "village mom" picture with Michelle Holbrook. We met Jordan when he was 12 and his family moved in down the street.  It's so amazing to watch youth grow up and follow their dreams. We are proud groupies! Excellent work Jordan!

MCO's Christmas Concert

Michelle and I had fabulous seats tonight for MCO's Christmas Concert. I miss singing, but am happy not to have the stress of rehearsals every week with the girls' busy schedules. It was amazing to attend, and the spirit of Christmas was everywhere. The music was gorgeous as usual, and we just enjoyed every, single moment.

Concert Time

Being back with OCMCO was great this fall. I love the Christmas concerts. The memorizing and getting used to being gone every Thursday was hard to get used to. But the music and quality of the choir I sing with is amazing. Friends came for girls' night and brought Heather and Grace. It's so great to see friends and hear their impressions after a performance.

The Aquabats Concert

Heather was invited by her friend, Penelope, to attend the Aquabats concert.  Penelope's dad is the lead singer in the band, and the girls had great seats.  Friends, Autry and Eden, went as well.  The moms of these girls are so grateful for our girls to have such great friends to hang out with, and they always have such a fun time together no matter what they are doing.

Concert Day

Heather and I had a long, long day on Saturday! We reported for sound check at 10:45 AM and left the concert hall somewhere around 11:00 PM We both had a very good time performing, and then had fun getting shakes at In-N-Out. Our soloists, orchestra, children and adults were all spectacular. Kelly took some pictures of our special peeps in attendance...
