Jenna's soccer team got together at their coach's house today to receive their trophies for taking 1st Place in the AYSO Region 117 Championship. The girls were in awe at the size of the trophies. The coach had them each talk about what their favorite moment of the season was and what they learned. It was very cute.
Jenna's best friend, Sarah, came over to hang out for the afternoon/evening. We asked her to bring her trophy so we could get a picture of these girls. These cute best friends had to play for 1st place against each other in the playoffs. What a hard thing for best friends to do! They are both very proud of their teams' placement, and both the 1st and 2nd Place trophies are beautiful.
