Today we drove down to Carlsbad, CA to visit our good friend, Jessica Erickson at a boutique she was hosting with her sister. Jessica was a member of our ward when she was a newlywed. Kathy B. and Trisha went with. There were so many fun items to see, and we each picked up a few treasures.
After the boutique, we drove past the Flower Gardens near the freeway. This is a quick shot from my car of the American flag side of the hill.
And this is the other side of the hill. Rows and rows of beautiful flowers. We stopped for Ruby's Chocolate shakes on the way home. What a fun quick-trip...Friends, fun, food and beautiful scenery!
