This is the Huntington Beach Pier. The red roof is the Ruby's Diner at the end of the pier. That is the water spout aka tornado that hit land yesterday around 1:00 p.m. Those poor people having lunch yesterday must have choked on their french fries. Holy Crow.

yeah, i bet those people who thought "let's go to Ruby's, NO ONE will be there because they don't want to walk down the pier in the rain...so there won't be a crowd" were in for quite a scare, and show! did you take that picture??? perfect timing!
Scary. That would have been fun to see it at Ruby's.
WHOA! I ate there once, and just being there in normal weather made me a little nervous, I would have probably passed out if I saw that! lol
