After some clean up and a brief respite, the Holbrook family joined us for a barbeque and playtime. After dinner, we headed over to Costa Mesa, one of only 2 cities in Orange County that still allows fireworks, and joined the Ziebarths and Snows for some fireworks fun. The younger kids were into it for a bit, but found it more fun skateboard and scooter around the fireworks while the older kids (aka the husbands) lit the fireworks.
