Medieval Times

Monday evening was spent at Medieval Times, a dinner and tournament restaurant near Knott's Berry Farm.  Kelly and I had our first date here some 23 years ago.  Grandpa, Aunt Michelle and Gavin attended with us.  It was the girls' first time, and they had a blast.

Here we are at our banquet table waiting for our meal.  We ate dragon (tomato) soup, garlic bread, roast chicken, bbq ribs, rosemary potatoes and a yummy apple turnover all with out the aid of utensils!

Our dashing blue knight prepares for the tournament.  Each section in the theater has a knight of a certain color to cheer for throughout the games and fighting.

As our knight prepared for battle, he kissed a flower and threw it to a fair maiden...who happened to be my daughter.  She beamed incredibly.
